Submit a Donation Request to Northwoods Premium Confections
To submit a donation request, please complete the form below. Please submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to your event.
Because there are many great causes, we receive donation requests daily.
**Out of the 25-30 monthly requests, we limit and approve (2) requests per month.**
When we review the requests and we choose a recipient we will notify you by email. If you don’t receive a notification, unfortunately your request wasn’t approved.
We do not donate to office parties, employee appreciation events or causes that are outside of the Beloit area.
If we choose your cause and make a donation, it is a one time donation. Please remove us from your list for a few years.
In the request field, be sure to provide a link or other proof of your event so we are able to verify your information and learn more about the cause.
